The oddest thing happened to me this morning; I followed a blogger via WordPress and ended up starting one myself!!!!! One button pressed, some info entered and a few grey hairs appearing whilst trying to get the Pintrest and Goodreads buttons working, and here I am. It’s all terribly exciting and hope it all goes well.

I’ve thought about starting a blog for some time but could never decide if it should be about baking or cooking or writing or, hols, so Sospiro will be about all these things. The sighs you exhale when you see or taste something beautiful, or achieve something fabulous, or indeed, when your chocolate won’t temper for the third time and you wonder if you’re cursed.

So, here’s to sighs and all the beauty that sails within them.
